Achievers Rebuilt
Partnering with agency Zerotrillion to architect and execute a 6-month global rebrand, transitioning Achievers from a legacy identity into a modern, system-driven powerhouse.

The Perspective
In early 2025, I served as a key bridge between our in-house creative team and Zerotrillion. Over a rigorous six-month rollout, we didn't just change a logo—we overhauled our creative development processes and established a brand-new design architecture that we continue to evolve today.
The Evolution
A direct comparison of the brand's presence—moving from the legacy presentation styles and web components to the sophisticated, high-contrast 'New Era' identity.

Systems of Consistency
The rollout required the creation of a comprehensive Brand Guide that defined everything from color accessibility to motion principles. This document acts as the 'source of truth' for the entire 500+ person organization.

Defining the Vibe
Motion was a critical element of the launch. I focused on how the brand *moves*, ensuring that the new visual language felt dynamic and high-energy across social and internal content.
Not a solo effort
Big thanks to Jinah Kim, Caitlin Jones, Eliza Nguyen, Victor Charris, Maricriz Arpilleda, Cassidy Fenton, Sofia Gomez, Christi Chu, David Bator, Breanne Woodrow, and Zerotrillion (probably more I’ve forgotten, too.)
